## Testimonials from real members

It was just what I needed to get over the hump... the smaller amounts to pay back is a lot easier on my finances.

You pay it in installments instead of making you pay it all at once. That helps a lot. It gives you a lot of time to pay it back... because life has a lot of things that it throws at you.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is every Possible Loan customer eligible to use Pay Over Time?**
Yes. Pay Over Time is built into the Possible Loan structure. Every customer with an active Possible Loan repays in scheduled installments rather than a single lump sum, subject to state availability and product terms.

**How does the app choose my payment dates?**
The Possible app reviews recent deposits into your linked bank account to identify your income pattern. It then sets installment due dates to align as closely as possible with your paydays. If you are a gig worker or receive monthly income, your schedule may include fewer installments over the same overall timeframe.

**What if I get paid monthly, or I’m a gig worker—what’s my Pay Over Time plan?**
When you link your primary bank account, Possible analyzes your income deposits and creates a custom installment schedule. For some customers, especially those with monthly income or irregular gig earnings, that may mean having two installments instead of four over the same 8 weeks.¨ For some payment schedules and terms, visit possiblefinance.com/samplepaymentschedules.

**What if I miss an installment?**
If you miss an installment, you can usually reschedule it up to 29 days after the original due date with no rescheduling fee and no additional late fee. Payments are not typically reported as late to credit bureaus unless they are more than 29 days past the originally scheduled date. It’s still best to pay as soon as you can to stay on track.
